Bad News for Arlen

| Comments

U.S. Sen Arlen Specter keeps getting beat up in the polls.  A late October poll, done by Terry Madonna's shop at Franklin & Marshall College, showed that only 23 percent of Pennsylvania's believes the state's senior senator deserves re-election.  Specter still beats his Democratic challenger, U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak head to head in the F&M poll and narrowly defeats his likely GOP challenger in 2010, former U.S. Rep. Pat Toomey.  But, the margins are narrow and both challengers are mostly unknown by the voters.  Both also have proven their ability to raise money. Once they spend a million dollars on media to raise their ID, we'll see how the numbers change.
