I Want My M&Ms

When it comes to quirks, former House Speaker Bill DeWeese is up there with Captain Queeq. DeWeese was recently indicted for making political use of his legislative staff, but testimony before the state grand jury also gave an insight of what it was like to serve at the pleasure of the House Speaker.  According to a story in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, it included fetching his laundry, getting cash for him from the ATM, arranging dates with women and buying him condoms. Here's the quirk part: He didn't simply ask for them to get him a sandwich.  He asked for sandwich cut into four pieces (just like Mommy used to do?). He'd ask not for a salad, but a small salad in a large bowl.  And he wasn't satisfied with asking for a package of M&Ms.  He asked for 12 M&Ms. (And no reds?) None of these are indictable offenses, by the way. Just weird.
