Attorney General Tom Corbett dropped the other shoe in the "Bonusgate" scandal and it hit former House Speaker John Perzel. The Philadelphia Republican, along with former aides, was charged with creating a $10 million computer system with taxpayer money that was allegedlly used for strictly political purposes.
