It's clear that Mayor Nutter and Councilman Bill Green don't get along. Now, the two men confirm it in an
article in the Philadelphia Tribune. "If I say left, he says right just for the sake of it," Nutter complains and then proceeds to say a lot more about the Councilman -- maybe too much for his own good. As for his part, Green says that Nutter says little that's meaningful and can't make compromises. The two men admit their relationship is cool and distant. Reading the piece, you can't help but be reminded of relationship between Mayor Street and Councilman Nutter.
