The Times has an interesting
piece today (May 20) about how the White House has warmed to Rep. Joe Sestak and now thinks he is the right candidate to win in November. What a difference a day makes. A few weeks ago Sestak was a pariah among Democratic leaders because he was opposing U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter in the primary. Now, after beating Specter by eight points on Tuesday (May 18th), he is being portrayed as the perfect candidate to go against former U.S. Rep. Pat Toomey in November. Go figure. Sestak just got smarter and better looking -- without even having to change his hairstyle.
