And in this case, it is saying: "Tom Corbett."  The Republican candidate for governor emerged from the primary election with $3.3 million in his campaign fund.  That gives him a distinct edge over his Democratic rival, Dan Onorato, who had to spend $6.5 million in the primary and had $1 million on hand after it.  This according to post-primary filings made by all the candidates with the state Election Bureau.  Well, not exactly all.  State Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams failed to meet the deadline, but earlier reports indicated he spent $6.4 million in his losing bid for the nomination.
